A new scientific study puts walnuts in the top position among tree and ground nuts as having a higher combination of more healthful antioxidants.

Consumption of small amounts of nuts or peanut butter has been linked to decreased risk of heart disease, certain kinds of cancer, gallstones, type-2 diabetes and other health problems.

Plus you eat walnuts raw: heat from roasting nuts generally reduces the quality of the antioxidants.

Eat seven walnuts a day to get the health benefits.
