Drinking a cup of green tea after a meal can make your gut feel full.

In a Swedish study, people who drank tea felt fuller for up to 90minutes longer than those who drank hot water.

“The tea provides another taste sensation, which may trick your brain into thinking you’ve consumed more food than you actually have” –  the study reports

So have some tea after your meal, your gut will thank you.
